Wallingford’s celebration of America’s 250th anniversary is a local team effort, tying together employees and volunteers from numerous organizations and institutions, including Town Hall, Parks & Rec, Choate Rosemary Hall, Gaylord Specialty Healthcare, Wallingford Center Inc., Wallingford Historical Society, PorchFest 2025, Wallingford Arts & Cultural Alliance, Wallingford Family YMCA, and more!
The decision came in 2019 to return to my roots here in Wallingford. My wishes came true more than I could ever imagine!! My thoughts of writing for the Wallingford Magazine or writing period, was something that came as a complete surprise. But I felt it and ran with it. Today I am still so very proud to be a part of such a prestigious group of writers and an exceptional informational tool.
I knew then exactly where this would lead , straight and full speed ahead! There are no forks in this road! My direction is clear. Getting to know this community has been a true pleasure. Serving this town has been heartwarming as well on so many of its generous committees.
